GENERAL DIVE SITE INFO
The Tank and Landing Craft lie to the NW of the Maui Prince Hotel in about 60 feet of water. The tank and landing craft lie about 100 yards apart. The turret is a Stuart tank turret mounting a short 75mm close support gun. The turrets were mounted on tracked landing craft to provide fire support. They were known as LVT(A)1.
