White Rock is a shore dive off Haloa Point. The site got its name from the white rocks on the beach to the right. The dive consists of patch reef and an overhang where white tips can be found sometimes. Visibility is usually 40-60 feet. You can find Manta and Eagle Rays, Harlequin Shrimp, Eels and more at this site.
